Important Information About Procedures For
Opening a New Account

Compliance with the USA Patriot Act
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, all financial institutions are required by law to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each individual or entity opening an account.
What this means to you: When you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, taxpayer or other government identification number and other information, such as date of birth for individuals, that will allow us to identify you. We will verify this information to ensure the identity of all individuals opening a mutual fund account.

You may download an application or prospectus for any of the Funds, Institutional Class, Cash Management Class, Service Class, PlanAhead Class , American Beacon Select Funds, and the American Beacon Mileage Fund.

Institutional Class
The Institutional Class of the Funds is intended for company pension funds or corporate cash or, if you otherwise have at least $2 million to invest. To learn more about the Institutional Class of Funds, call 1-800-967-9009. You can click to download an application or prospectus.

Cash Management Class
The American Beacon Funds - Cash Management Class shares are offered to institutional investors, including: agents or fiduciaries acting on behalf of their clients, endowment funds and charitable foundations, employee welfare plans, qualified pension and profit sharing plans, corporations, and other investors who meet the initial investment requirements. An inital investment of at least $10 million is required for the Money Market Fund. The U.S. Government Money Market Fund has an initial investment requirement of $2 million. Service Class
The Service Class of funds are offered to those investing through intermediary organizations, such as broker-dealers or third party administrators. The minimum investment for this fund class is $2,500. Download an application or a prospectus here.

PlanAhead Class
PlanAhead Class is designed to serve the needs of individuals, retirement accounts, and individuals who purchase funds through a financial advisor or brokerage firm mutual fund network. The minimum investment for this fund is $2,500. Individual investors may download an application or a prospectus here.

American Beacon Select Funds
Fund shares are offered to corporate cash accounts, sweep accounts and other institutional investors. An initial investment of at least $25 million is required for the Money Market Select Fund. The U.S. Government Money Market Select Fund has an initial investment requirement of $10 million. American Beacon Money Market Mileage Fund
The American Beacon Money Market Mileage Fund will interest all American Airlines^© AAdvantage^© members interested in accumulating travel awards while investing. The minimum investment for the Mileage Fund is $2,500. Download an application or a prospectus here.
